You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time by logging into your account at my.freewebsite.com or contacting Customer Support.
If you cancel your account, your website will be taken down and your account information will be deleted permanently. We will not be able to retrieve your website or other account information if you cancel!
If you downgrade your account, you will lose any features that are not included in your new website plan (for example, if you downgrade to a free account, you will no longer have access to customer support or email accounts you created for your website).
